Almost to Croatia!!!

I’ll be in Dubrovnik in just a few hours!!  So exciting!!!   I hope everyone had a nice Fourth of July.  They had a party for us up on the 7^th deck on the 5^th of July (since we were all in port on the fourth).  There was a barbeque and music.  It was the best food we’ve had so far on the ship.  Last night wasn’t exciting.  I did some home work and when I got back to my room there was three people in here watching Hairspray, so I watched that and then went to bed.  Classes went on as usual today and tonight were our interport student and our preport lectures.  Now that I have planned my trip I can tell you all what my plans are for Croatia.

 

Tomorrow morning I am going to wake up to see the sunrise again and go exploring the area in the morning.  In the afternoon I have a city orientation tour and on it I will get to see the Churches and museums of Dubrovnik.  Wednesday I have not SAS trips, so a bunch of us are going to go exploring some more in the morning and get some shopping done, then we’re going to go to an Island which apparently has a beautiful view and a lot of locals hang out there.  We’re going to hang out on the beach a bit and go swimming in the beautiful Mediterranean waters.  Thursday I am going to Montenegro all day, and then Friday I’ll be on the island of Korkula to see the Museum of Icons.  That night we leave and have two days at sea before Greece!

 

I am so excited to get there, but now I have to go change my pump and go to sleep.  Good night!!  I hope you all have a great couple days!  I’ll post back sometime soon!
